訂購回禮小禮物須知:
1. 貨期一般30-90天不等, 請聯絡本公司查詢.
2. 貨品相片,會因拍攝燈光及電腦顯示器上問題貨品顏色會有偏差,敬請注意.
3. 本公司只接受錯誤產品之退貨,如因為呎寸大小問題,色差及不合心意等原因,恕不受理.
4. 客戶與我們聯絡確認後2工作天內,把總數金額訂金50%款項存入至本公司帳號“中國銀行(香港)”
戶口號碼 (聯絡本公司查詢).
客戶付款後請把銀行入數紙傳真至(852)21245325或以電郵bobee@bambooster.net給本公司以作確認,一經訂購,恕不退款.
5. 當收到訂貨款項後,本公司會開出INVOICE給客戶.
6. 訂購回禮需付總數量金額50%為訂金(現金),餘款(現金)50% 交貨時收取.
7. 貨品如需郵寄,我們先收取所有貨品及郵寄費用(由客人支付)後投寄.
8. 免費交收地點以地鐵:美孚；西鐵:南昌至屯門站內.
9. 如需送貨上樓服務,需付運費.請預先通知本公司地點後,本公司會再報價(運費).
10.因所有貨品人手製作,完美主意者,可考慮清楚才決定購買.
11. Bobeeworkshop保留以上條款最終決定權利.

2. Please note, goods may deviate in color from the photos shown, due to photography lighting and different computer monitors.
3. We will not accept returns based on problems with sizing, color, and other similar reasons.
4. Please contact us within 2 working days to confirm your order by paying a 50% deposit via bank transfer:

Please fax the bank transfer confirmation slip to (852) 21245325 or email bobee@bambooster.net to confirm your order.
Deposits are non-refundable.
5. Upon receipt of the deposit, our Company will issue an invoice to the customer.
6. Pay a deposit (50% of the total amount) to confirm your order.
The outstanding balance (remaining 50% of the total amount) to be paid in cash at delivery.
7. For delivery by post, we will expect payment of postage charges prior to posting.
8. Free delivery to: Mei Foo MTR station; or West Rail stations - between Nam Cheong to Tuen Mun.
9. For delivery by post, we will need an exact delivery address for your delivery quote.
Please note, upper floors incur additional delivery charges.
10. As these products are hand-made, please consider carefully before deciding to buy.
11. Bobee Workshop reserve final rights.
